What was the biggest challenge you faced in creating your store?

Creating the brand. It's a fake one, but still, I wanted to put some love and meaning into it!

What worked really well when using our platform?

The theming experience was incredibly smooth. I first went into the code to change the colours but quickly noticed that it was referring to the settings, so I was pleasantly surprised that all the variables are configurable straight from the dashboard.

What could be improved when using our platform?

 The "Theme Settings" button is at the bottom left of the screen and triggers a new section to open to the right of the screen. I did not notice it at all at first. I think it could be visually more clear by bringing user's attention to the right area (with an animation or something else). 

How did this experience help you build empathy for our merchants?

Putting myself in a merchant shoes really shows how much work and thinking the merchants have to do to really differentiate themselves from the competition.

What is your biggest takeaway from this experience?

Seeing how it works from the actual merchant perspective.
